If you are tired of Windows 10 feature of changing desktop theme through right click menu item Personalization, and do you want to bring back Windows 7's Personalisation? Then you have come to the right place.
You can bring back the Windows 7 Personalisation window to Windows 10, i.e., when you click Personalisation in Windows 10 it will bring Windows Theme selection window rather than Windows 10 annoying Personalisation Settings.

Here it is how?
1. Right Click on Desktop and Go to New and then click Shortcut.
2. Now copy and paste the following command:
C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL desk.cpl,,2
Then click Next to continue.
3. Now give it a name, for e.g., Windows Desktop Theme or Windows Theme, etc.
Then click Finish.
4. As you click Finish, a new desktop shortcut icon will be created on the desktop with the name of Windows Theme or the name you have entered in the previous step.
5. Simply double click the Windows Theme icon on the desktop to change the windows desktop themes just like in Windows 7.
